Telephone, FaceTime and Zoom consultations can be provided while you are in the comfort of your own home, enabling you to effectively self-manage your complaint with appropriate physio-led home exercises.
Pilates Classes
First Block of 6 Pilates Sessions - This includes ONE 1-2-1 assessment & session, and FIVE group classes.

These classes are for appropriate for all Trimesters of pregnancy. No previous Pilates experience required. Classes are Physiotherapy-led matwork Pilates classes delivered by a insured and certified APPI matwork Pilates instructor.
Postnatal Pilates (After giving birth)
Block of 6 Postnatal Pilates Sessions - This includes ONE 1-2-1 assessment, screening and mini 1-2-1 class, and FIVE group classes.
Face to Face - £100
Class duration: 55 minutes
These classes are for mother’s from 6 weeks - 1 year Postnatally (after giving birth). An initial assessment and screening will be completed prior to classes sessions begin to ensure these are the appropriate and safe classes for you.
